RFID is a powerful yet simplistic system to streamline your operations. However, there has always been a question, who will attach the tags to the hundreds, if not thousands, of products. This requires many human resources and long working hours for such a simple task.
We present to you the solution to solve this problem. A patented technology developed by Daio Engineering, Automatic RFID Tag Attaching Machine is the end-to-end solution. It enables automatic attaching of the RFID tags to the product irrespective of its size. The barcode of each product is read, encoded to the tags, and attached to the product every time at the same location with better precision than the human workforce. The time to attach the tag is greatly reduced and automated.
This high-speed encoder was developed and installed to cater the growing demand from our customers to encode the tags according to their requirements. Besides encoding, it can also print serial numbers, barcodes, or QR codes over the tag according to the customer’s requirement.
This high-speed encoder can encode and print into the labels up to 8000mm/minute. Each label further undergoes deep inspection using high sensitivity line camera and multiple optical sensors for the defective products so that each roll of the label comes with the exact number of non-defective tags that the customer has ordered.
In an environment where there are RFID tags everywhere, the reading of the exact set of tags can get complicated. The reading of the specific set of tags can get interfered with the tags around it.
With SpeeMa Cube, it will read only what you want to read. Even with tags that are difficult to read due to overlapping or piled-up, higher accuracy while reading is always maintained. It is equipped with two powerful antennas and is covered with metal chamber from where radio waves can not pass through. There is a handle that can be pushed and pulled to make overlapping or piled up tags easier to read, hence maintaining high accuracy all the time.
By combining with SpeeMa RuxSell , SpeeMa Cube can be used for automated payment solutions as well in the accounting scene.
