In addition to general paper labels, various types such as water-resistant materials and removable types are available. We also accept custom designs of antenna sizes to suit various label sizes.
Different kinds of tags can be chosen from our lineup with special features such as tags for special environments. We also accept custom designs from customers according to the request.
We also sell dry and wet inlays.
Daio Engineering is equipped with the world's fastest RFID tag manufacturing machine, and it is possible to mass-produce high-quality tags in a shorter period. Besides, we respond to the diversification of manufacturing processes and offer various forms such as inlays, labels, and paper tags, so we will prepare it in the condition required by the customer.
Currently, we are developing RFID antennas that can withstand environments such as high temperature and wet surface. You can purchase products that meet your needs.
For manufacturing dry inlay, either customer can provide us the IC chips and antennas, or we can also purchase the resources and provide to the customer as a dry inlay. We will offer the service at a low price using our mounting machine, which boasts one of the leading mounting capabilities in Japan.

We develop, design, and manufacture a new RFID antenna according to the customers’ needs and requests. Rapid development is possible by taking advantage of the development resources that we have in-house. We also have abundant development networks in Japan and overseas for special antenna designs. From design and development to chip mounting and converting into label/tag, everything is possible in-house.
Whether the tag(s) are gathered to one place or spread over an area, you can read and write from as far as 10 meters away from the same spot. There is no need for a line of sight or scan each item one by one as in the case of a barcode.
RFID uses radio frequency as a means to transmit data from tags affixed to products. These products can be identified, tracked, and monitored during the entire product lifecycle as it is possible to simultaneously detect and identify multiple items without opening the box.
Each IC chip is assigned a unique identification number, making it difficult to copy or tamper with. A tag data as well as tag EPC can be protected from accidental over-write using a password. This provides an additional layer of security.
Reuse of RFID tag is possible by reassigning/rewriting the EPC of the tag according to the use-cases. The information in user memory can also be rewritten to store the important information of the product. By writing or changing information at each point, it can be used for recording process history and improving traceability.
